I dye my hair to cover my gray hair. All of a sudden my light brown dye turns out black. I have not changed brands, I can not figure out what happened. It is not a one time deal either, has happened several times. Also my hairstylist told me I have high saturation of color. Any idea what happened? What can I do? [Susan, 30-March-2009]
