How to Get few hair highlights onto very short hair?
I used to have very long hair with blond highlights, but then cut it very short. I was told that it is not possible to highlight short hair. is this true? Because I was told it couldn't be highlighted I underwent a double processing to try to get it blond, but it looks awful! Very yellowish/orange. Any suggestions? I can't believe there is no way to get a few highlights onto my hair. Is that really true? [Laura, 10-Feb-2008 ]
