How to do Hair Straightening without any Damage?

Heyy :) I have Medium Length Hair. I Love straight Hair. I love Straightening my Hair. But i heard that too much of straightening can spoil the quality of hair. So is there anyway i can Straight my hair 3 times in a week. so My hair doesnt Get spoil. [Disha, 12-July-2009]

I straighten my hair all the time but to protect it, I use vegetable oil, it works wonders on my hair and makes it feels so soft. Worth a go :)
