Taking care of Hair After Straightening using Chi Relaxer

I have shoulder-length coarse, curly with/frizzies Hair. 4yrs. ago a Chi relaxer was used to straighten my hair. My hair @ the time was in the middle of my back. It has taken a long time for my regrowth. What natural, healthy steps should I take? [Suzy, 24-Jan-2008]
