What are the causes and Treatment for Hair Thinning?

I know it is normal for men to suffer from thinning hair, but my hair has suddenly started falling out at an alarming rate. I have long hair and when I get out of the bath these days there ar e great clumps of hair left behind. I am only 25 in age. What could be causing hair loss?

We shed hair all the time but it looks most obvious and alarming in the bath. Hair thinning may be due to an underlying iron deficiency. A blood test which specifically measures the amount of iron in your body is important, as iron levels can be low enough to cause hair thinning but not low enough to cause anaemia, and a simple full blood count, which is the standard test for anaemia, may miss milder iron deficiency. Iron supplements can restore iron levels to normal and may help your hair to recover its previous thickness.

Hair thinning can also be caused by in health, anaemia, or a thyroid problem.

1) Mix the juice of onion, about 1 tablespoon & 1 tbsp honey and apply on the roots. do this once a week and see your hair fall disappear. You will start noticing result with the first application itself.

2) Apply just the egg white on your roots (as muchas required) as it dries out very fast. its a very good protein pack & helps controlling hair fall

Take one small tablespoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of honey and a small excess of pure olive oil. Stir the contents in a small bowl and rub it through your hair, focusing on the roots and scalp, and leave it on for about an hour or so. This will make a dramatic difference in hair loss. Repeat this treatment as many as 2-3 times per month.
