If you have a fat face, the best hairstyle to choose to compliment your face would be a medium length or long bobs, since they make your face appear slimmer. You can add layers that create body and volume or opt for a head of full and luxurious medium length curls. Try to avoid really short cuts that will make your face appear wider.
