Hairstyle for round shape face.

I have a very round face. I have noticed in pictures my face tends to look chubby especially my cheeks. I think it is because of my hairstyle. Can you send some pictures of hair styles that will work for me? [ Akck, 08-May-2009]

i have a round face too, you can have shortish styles but they shouldnt sit at the chin nor bring attention to it. Medium-Long does worrk best though, I used to get face framing layers but find not having them slims my face, if you opt for face framing layers have them start below your chin. Side swept bangs do look great, but stay away from blunt straight bangs which bring attention to the width of the face. A longer a-line bob is very flattering (you can add bangs). Personally my hair is about 5-6 inches past my shoulders (at the longest length) and my shorters layers fall around mid ear, I have side swept bangs but I am actually going to be going to be cutting it to just past shoulder length with a similar style though.

Always go for a longer hairstyle that complements your round shape face. A cute bob hair style also looks good on you. You can also add side swooped bangs. You can get different hair styles pictures from hair style magazines.
