I Need help with messy, breaking..thining hair?
 I am 42 yrs old have no grey hair.. i home color my hair twice a year my hair is brown just past my shoulders and is straight. my problem is about 2 months ago i started loosing my hair and it is thinning out I've tried all sorts of products and I am currently using nutricap shampoo and taking the capsules - my hair is breaking as well. it mess all up in the back and its like i never brushed my hair at all-its a nightmare-what could be causing this.
