How to cure split end?
I have really short hair. I believe my hair is past unhealthy because i perm it every time and when i do not feel like perming it i flat iron it for about 3 days straight. I need advise on how to get rid of split ends and how to wash my hair and which items are best to use to cure my hair. [Kayla, 31-May-2009] |
