Plz help me with my lightest whitest color highlights
I have dark neutral blonde hair. I had the best highlights of my life, but don't know what salon product was used. I told them that I wanted the lightest whitest color. The mixture was purple, and it had the word 'Sun' in it. Can you help? [Hoola, 17-Feb-2008 ]
