What is the best hair routine post perm? I mean, what care should I provide to my hair after perm (weeks, months...after)? Thanks [Alie, 5-Feb-2008 ]

The best routine post perm is to regularly maintain your perm and keep it looking healthy and damage free. Trim your split ends, wash your hair on a daily/weekly basis. Apply a hot oil treatment at least once a week. Keep your hair hydrated and moisturized. Use high quality hair products designed for permed hair.
