What r advantages/disadvantages of getting hightlights?
 I have dark brown straight hair up to my waist, but im going to get a layered cut ... i also want to get red highlights, but my parents say it wont go good, what are the advantages and disadvantages of getting highlights? what color would go good with my hair? [Mechita, 29-Jan-2008] |
