Short haircut for red thinning hair

I am 55yrs, white female with very fine, red(natural) thinning hair especially at the temples. I want to cut it short and am wondering what type of cut would look good? [Duckess, 24-Nov-2008]

As you are having thin hair then you just go for any short haircut, because short hair gives a messy look. Add bangs at front side so that it covers your forehead. Short haircuts such as bob, crop, blunt and mid length layered are the option for you. Also you can use some volumizing shampoo for thickening your hair.
