Spiral Perm Holding Problem in little girls hair
 My daughter went for a spiral perm 3 weeks ago and it is not holding or being more and more relaxed. We went back to the store and
was told it was because of her hormones, she is 13. They will redo it but we will have to pay again, Have you ever heard of such a thing like this? [Mcurro, 28-Sept-08]
