To want straight and kinda flat hair

I have long hair and i always put it up in a pony tail instead of put it down, because my hair gets really puffy and poofy and kinda wavy everytime i put it down, and i really like to have straight and kinda flat hair, how do i do that? [Ashley, 7-Sep-2008]

For straightening you hair apply good quality herbal shampoo. Rinse your hair at night, and place it in a high bun. In the morning the hair becomes dry and let it be down, then straighten each section one by one.
