Some style tips for long bangs

I am writing for help with a hairstyle that won't be so flat, limp and boring!!  I have fine/thin hair (not thinning) that is long- about down to my shoulder blades on my back.  It has long layers and I have long bangs (straight across about even with my eyebrows but more "choppy" and not so blunt).  I have a very round face and a very high forehead.  My hair has multiple wave/curl patterns and will air dry striaght in some sections, wavy in others and extremely curly in other sections.  It is also VERY, VERY naturally frizzy!  I have tried many, many times to go with my natural texture but it looks horrible because it doesn't all curl the same and even with anti-frizz products and air drying, it is very frizzy.  The bottom by my neck is also more coarse then the hair on the top.  I do not color or chemically treat my hair at all and have not in at least 6 years.  I use a T3 blow dryer and T3 straightening iron and wash my hair about twice a week to try and minimize damage from the blow dryer.  I use a straightening iron on my entire head maybe 2 days per week and the other days I'll just use it to touch up small areas or my bangs.  My hair gets very striaght this way but then is so thin and limp that it is flat to my head and looks aweful.  When I first wash it and fix it, it's got a tiny bit of body but soon goes completely flat.  I have tried velcro rollers, hot rollers, round brushes, everything but nothing seems to give me the smooth, straight look of a flat iron with some body and lift at the roots.  I would LOVE to get that straight sexy wavy full of body hair like you see celebrities wear (think the Girls Next Door or Real Housewives of Orange County or Jessica Simpson!).  Also, I am a natural red head so I can NEVER find extensions or hair pieces that match my natural color- they are not even remotely close and I do not want to dye my hair a different color so I can purchase hair extensions.  Can you please offer some styling tips or a cut or anything at all that might help me? Thank you so much! Trim your hair up to shoulder level and add bangs at front side. As you have high forehead, the bangs helps to covers it and you will get a perfect hair style. For getting stylish look you can use clips and headband on your hair.
