I use to have great hair but later on i started losing hair then i met my doctor, he adviced me like to use hair oils, drink more water, massage daily, exercise daily, and more important is the lay down in a shape that your head is in the lowest point to the ground and remaining body is up above then the blood circulation comes to your scalp and hair by the power of the ground.
