Eyebrow Stencils
Eyebrow stencils are often used to help create and shape the perfect eyebrow. These stencils can be either bought or created and can be used a couple of different manners.
Purchased eyebrow stencils tend to show the entire eyebrow and allows for one to place the stencil over the eye brow and then simply coat the eyebrow with a pencil or other marker to ensure that it does not get plucked or waxed.
For these types of stencils, the process of coating the eyebrow hair with some of marking device is necessary since the idea is to pluck or wax the hair around the stencil. Other of the purchased eyebrow stencils include wax or other adhesives that attach to the hair and leave the stenciled areas untouched. This then removes only the hair that is not part of the stencil and the desired eyebrow shape.
Home made eyebrow stencils require steady hands and a desired eyebrow appearance. These stencils are can be held to the face and then simply plucked around to create the desired effect. Another method of using the home made stencil is to hold it to the eyebrow while waxing to ensure that the wax does not get on the wanted eyebrow parts and then leaving the stencil in place while the wax is being removed.
Neither of the styles of stencils is better than the other and both are highly effective. The use of them is primarily based upon which works better for the individual.
