Eye liner can make a big difference in the appearance of the eyes. Light color eyeliner helps to enlarge the eyes and the eye lashes. Navy blue is a great color to choose because it also makes the eye whites appear whiter while making the iris appear larger. Other great eyeshadow colors include a soft black or a gray for creating smoky cat eyes. Brown can be used, but it is dangerous in that it often can blend in with the eye and become a distraction.
