Dating is one thing that almost ninety percent of people do. Dating does not only mean that you are going out with your boy friend or girl friend but even going out with a friend is considered to be a date now days. Proper dating etiquettes is one thing that is very much essential and this does not only goes with the men around as every woman who is going out for a date is expected to have proper etiquettes.
Some basic proper dating etiquettes:
First thing that every one should keep in mind is that one shall never get late for the date. Do not let the other person wait for you no matter what. Make it a rule that you always dress up properly when going out for a date. It is best to present yourself in a way that reflects your personality the best. Be decent as well as smart.
While conversing with your date, try to look into his or her eyes as much as you can. This shows that you are actually giving importance to the other person and that you are interested in everything that he or she is saying. Looking here and there while your date is talking to you is a big No No.
Be nice to your date and do not even by mistake give a negative comment on your date's appearance. You must know that every one tries to look the best that they can on a date and so has your date done so. But if something bugs you then just keep it to yourself.
While ordering food, always ask for your date's interest and do not just order everything of your choice.
Do not talk about unfavorable topics like previous relationships, family etc if this is your first date. In fact keep these topics away from the conversation till the time you two are not comfortable with each other and this may take a couple of meets.
Lastly when it comes to proper dating etiquettes, another basic rule to follow is to be a good listener and do not argue on any thing.
