2008's Grammy Awards Hairstyles
The 2008 Grammy Awards is a time of great fashion and excitement. Along with all of the hottest fashions, the hottest hairstyles can all be seen here. These styles include Alicia Key's long, strait hair to Whitney Houston's super short to Cyndi Lauper's wild curls. Everything can be seen at the 2008 Grammy Awards.
The most common hairstyle seen at the 2008 Grammy Awards was the longer and natural hairstyle. While it was still popular among the celebrities to wear their hair in an updo, there were not many extravagant updo's seen. Most of the hairstyles were down styles or simple pull-ups. Most of the hair was held in place with simple ponytails or bobby pins. There were few jewels or other accessories seen in the hairstyles.
For the men, spikes and more rebellious hairstyles ruled the night. There were plenty of men wearing spikes, such as Lang Lang, and Juanes. David Grohl had the best hair for the men that night with his long layered hair that played up his neckline and his face well. The hair was very soft and required little to no work to maintain.
For the women, the best hairstyle has to go to Taylor Swift. Her soft blond curls made for a beautiful and eloquent hairstyle that is easy to maintain with simple picking. The worst hairstyle of the night had to go to Cyndi Lauper with her overly done curls. Her curls did not highlight her face, they over powered her face. This made it very difficult to notice her, but easy to notice the mass of curls sitting on her.
