Anemia is a medical state wherein the blood count of the person who has this would have a tendency to have a low number of red blood cells. Red Blood Cell contains Hemoglobin (it is a protein that gives the reddish color to our blood).Red blood cells is responsible to carry the oxygenated blood from our lungs to the tissues, organ and parts of our body. Microcytic Anemia has characterized to have smaller size of our Red Blood Cell. It can be classified to sub categories. It is the Thalassemia, Sideroblastic anemia and the iron- deficiency anemia.

Experts has discovered a unique type of Anemia wherein the patient tends to eat starch, coal, dirt, hair; this classification of anemia is a sign of lacking in nutrients.

Anemia has lots of symptoms. The patient may feel restlessness and fatigue. The patient who is pregnant is also advised to take good number of minerals and vitamins that may add iron content to their blood. The patient is also advised to have an intake of medicines that contains iron (medicines with folate and folic acid) to prevent the illness.

The patient can also have an intake of medicinal herbs that can aid and maintain of a good number of iron in the body. A root of yellow dock maybe considered as one of the medicinal herbs (it should be taken daily); you can mix it up with leaf or root of Dandelion (used in salads as well as you can drink it).

The mineral which is called the Manganese also plays an important role because it helps for the faster metabolism of proteins and fats in the body. It can also help in curing such disease like arteriosclerosis, eye and auditory problems.
