Backache, Causes, Home Remedies for Backache Treatment

Backache is the stinging and burning sensation you feel in your back. It may occur on the upper or lower part and it can be sudden, acute or chronic pain. Medically known as Dorsalgia, it is one of the most common ailments today; almost 80% of world's population has felt backaches sometime in their lives. Backache is also connected with stiff neck, pains in the arm and hands, pains in the thigh and leg and muscle ache.

Heat Therapy - Applying heat directly to your aching back can relieve pain and can help in relaxing your back muscle.

Ice Pack - Compressing ice pack to your back can also help in relieving back tension and pain.

Garlic - You can take two cloves of garlic every morning to ease acute back pains. For immediate relief you can also massage your back with garlic oil.

Lemon - Simply mixed the juice of one lemon with ordinary salt and takes it twice a day.

Chebulic Myroblan - Eat one piece of fruit after every meal and it will give immediate relief.

Black Beans - Eta 2-3 tablespoon every everyday. It helps in preventing and relieving lower back pains.

Vitamins C - It is a proven relief for severe backaches - Take 2,000 mg of Vitamin C daily and you will see result after two days.

Potato - This is an ancient remedy for backache. Apply raw potato in the form of poultice in your back to relieve lower back pains.

What to do to cure Backache
