Depression is one of the serious and most common emotional disorders today. There is more to it than feeling down or sad. It is a serious mood swings that can interfere with everyday living. Ginko Biloba - is believed to be a very helpful herb for improving memory and other brain activities. It is also a popular natural remedy for depression.

Apple - is a very important home remedy for depression. It contains phosphorus, potassium and vitamin B that is beneficial in repairing nerve cells. It is best if eaten with milk and honey.

Asparagus Root - is very nutritious and beneficial in treating depression. One to two grams of powdered dry asparagus root is a great nerve and brain tonic.
