Like seasons change so does the pallet of hair color. With spring upon us - It is time to take off our winter clothing and lighten up from head to toe. During the fall and winter months, many of us made the decision to have our hair colored darker; some of us simply let our highlights grow out. Spring is the perfect time to make a salon appointment and ask our stylist for a whole new color story.
Trend is a point of view that is derived from many sources world wide. Just look around - It ranges from mild to wild! With that in mind, what is the best choice for Spring? Use the phrase "Tone on tone"

Make sure your stylist "Weaves" the hair that is placed in the foil packets. Some hairdressers "Slice" the hair. If your hairdresser slices the hair, make sure that the sliced sections are very thin. A lot of my personal clients and models love to see a bit more brightness around the face. If you fall into this category, ask the stylist to apply the lightest formula around the face in two "Back to back" weaved foil packets. All remaining hair will be foil weaved or finely sliced working with the pHormulate custom High Light and low light formulas. Make sure the hair dresser leaves out fine subsections of uncolored hair between the foil packets.
