A plain ponytail can be transformed by simply covering the band with a tiny braid.
Steps to make Band Braid Hairstyle
- Brush the hair back into a smooth, low ponytail, leaving a small section free for braiding. Secure in place with a covered band. Smooth the reserved section with a little styling wax.
- Divide this section into three equal strands. Now braid the hair in the normal way.
- Take the braid and wrap it around the covered band.
- As many times as it sgoes. Finally secure with a grip or pin.
