Steps to make Perm Revival Hairstyle
- As a perm begans to grow out, it loses lift and volume and can look flat.
- Apply mousse, making sure it coats every strand of hair from the roots to the tips.
- Gently dry the hair using the diffuser attachments on the dryer.
- As the hair begans to dry, tilt your head forward to give maximum volume and root lift. The back of the hair is twisted into a pleat at the centre and held with the clip.
