I called the store on Thursday, to see if they had an opening for Saturday, to color my daughters hair. I told them over the phone, that she had her hair died twice there before, in black, and that now, she wants to go back to natural, with a few highlights. They told me that the stylist will check her hair, to see if it could be done. When we got there, she had her scheduled just for highlights. When my daughter told the stylist what she wanted, the stylist told me, that she could do, and that it would be about 2 hours.
I went shopping, and when I came back, she had highlights, but the color was black again. My daughter was very upset with her, and she admitted to her, that she misunderstond what she wanted, and that she wasn't feeling good.

We than went to another salon, who told me, that they could fix it, but I would have to wait a week.

After this experience, I will never walk into a Regis salon again.
All Regis wanted to do, was for me to come back in again, in a week, get her to do it again for free................I don't ever want to see her again. My daughter is 14, and the stylist is an adult, I didn't think I had to stick around and hold her hand to make sure the stylist did her job right.

	I have been going to Regis hair salon for some while, when on my receipt it asked me to take a survey. The problems is I can't find the site. Where would I go to find the site to take the survey?

Regis Salon is not reputable ...they are a rip off.I am speaking from experience on this as REGIS SALON just recently turned my Hair to lovely shade of BRASSY tangerine; it was brown when I arrived, not to mention the chop job of a hair cut all for a small price of $100. I should have refused to pay but NO I PAID.

Spoke with their corporate customer service department and was surprised to have to deal with a VERY snotty and extremely rude representative of the REGIS SALON…. who proceeded to questioned me like she was working for the FBI!!

Bottom line….REGIS SALON refused to refund my monies for the hair coloring and had the audacity of saying my hair color is not brassy but RED….OMG!!!!!

REGIS SALON has incompetent hair dressers there. ..Don’t go to REGIS SALON!!!
