The senior year of high school is important on so many different levels. This year really marks the end of childhood in many ways. It's the end of being considered a child, and the beginning of adulthood. For this reason the entire senior year, is often racked with some of the best senior pranks. Seniors take this opportunity to practice some of the silly behavior they have put off for years.
And in some cases seniors take this time to do things, that a year later would be inappropriate. Many practice the best senior pranks, who have never participated in such behavior before. Senior pranks, generally have three targets. They pull pranks on their fellow students, teachers, and their schools.

Seniors have one thing in common during their final year of high school. They are all excited about the future. They feel and sometimes exhibit, an almost giddy behavior. With all of these similarities acting together, many end up playing pranks, or practical jokes on each other.
Some of these pranks have to do with filling lockers with unexpected items, pouring liquids on each other, and scaring each other. Seniors have been known to rig all sorts of apparatuses up in the production of these pranks. The pranks some times include costumes, and gadgets.
Seniors often use practical homemade things for their pranks. They tape funny signs to each other's backs, trying to see how long this joke will last.
Seniors bravely target their teachers in their best pranks.
The best senior pranks may be those played on teachers. These are, however, some of the most brave pranks to play. It takes a certain finesse to target a teacher, or faculty member for a prank. Some of the most common of these, has to do with rigging the teacher's car. Cars are often taped with all sorts of corny notes. Even washable paint is used on the targeted teacher's car.
Seniors don't mind trying to scare their target either. This is usually an orchestrated activity, requiring the cooperation of several students to pull off. In many cases, teachers expect this silly behavior each year. They take it light heartedly, and see it as a harmless activity.

These pranks may be played on the inside of school buildings, or even outside of them. On the inside of the building, seniors artistically make signs. These signs are posted in various places, throughout building. They often times have corny messages, or brave messages.
On the outside of the building seniors have been known to tissue paper cars, trees, or any other object they choose. Seniors really enjoy these last hoorays of their childhood. Many will go onto work and college, not allowing for such acts. Senior pranks are things that will continue on as a customary rite. These pranks, have been done for decades, and do not seem to be decreasing in anyway.
