Medium hairstyle length is one of the most popular lengths for the modern woman. This length includes hair that is anywhere between the chin and the shoulders. Long hair is anything from the shoulders to the middle of the back. This hair length is usually worn as a layered look and often has some highlights, but no extreme dying. Long hairstyles length tends to be more formal and professional than the other lengths on a consistent basis.

Extremely long hairstyles for women is anything from the waist down. This hair is most often left completely natural and is worn in braids or buns for easy management. This hairstyle length is not for the faint of heart, considering the amount of work that goes into caring for such lengths.
